We are committed and always try to maintain the quality of Our Products. But there are times in the production process when the result of the Products are not completely perfect. Therefore, We create the Return Policy as follows:
A. DEFINITION
Some terms in this Return Policy has following meanings:
B. RETURN POLICY
A defect in Products are common in production result and in the Product quality inspection process, therefore We establish regulation about Product defect tolerance to maintain Our commitment and the quality of Our Product.
Products Color. We strive to provide Products with the exact same color in every production. However, sometimes there are differences in one production to another, We cannot guarantee that the color of Our Products will always be 100% (one hundred percent) the same from time to time.
Product Weight. Differences in weight (Kg) of fabric are common, this is because the weight listed on the label is the gross weight when the fabric has not been dyed. After the dyeing process, the fabric may become heavier or lighter than before. We apply the provision that the difference between gross and net weight loss is 8% (eight percent). Especially for fabrics in white color category, the tolerance for the difference in gross and net weight is 10% (ten percent). You can make a claim to Us in the event that the tolerance for the difference in shrinkage exceeds these provision.
Sample Case:
Cotton Combed 30s Navy
Gross Weight = 25,2Kg ; Nett Weight = 24,1 Kg.
Percentage of difference= (Gross Weight-Nett Weight)/Gross Weight x 100%
(25,2 - 24,1)/25,2 x 100% = 4,36%
Because the percentage of difference is less than 8%, then You cannot make a claim.
Product Shrinkage. We need to inform You that we apply Product shrinkage tolerance as follows:
Based on that conditions above, We only accept Product returns with fabric shrinkage above the shrinkage tolerance limit that We apply.
Product Width. We need to inform You that We apply the Product width tolerance of +/- 1 inch. Based on that condition, We only accept Product returns that exceed the Product width tolerance limit that We apply.
We need to inform You, that You cannot to return under 25 kg fabric Product, if you made an error in ordering the color and/or type of Products. With the consideration that the Product has been cut from Our roll Product (according to Your request), and We cannot put it back together.
You can return the Product if the number of points of fabric defect exceeds the tolerance set out in Part C, or the Product does not match Your order.
The cost of returning Product will be Your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on Our side, such as wrong color or the wrong type of Product.
For the Product returns due to Our fault (wrong color or wrong type of Product), We will accept and replace it with the following conditions:
For the purchase of roll Product, both seals at the ends of the fabric must still be present;
The incorrect Product shall be returned to Us no later than 7 (seven) working days after the Product arrives at Your destination;
C. HOW TO MEASURE THE PRODUCT DEFECT POINTS
We apply point system for each defect point on the Product (fabric) as follows:
